VOR seems interesting but I'm kinda on the fence. Not haveing read tons of the fluff, the fluff for this seems a little uninspiring. Oh look the Americans have cool tech and the Communist use dirty weapons and chemical troopers. This I've seen before as well as most of the ideas in it's fluff (all but for the Growlers).
The thing that keeps me on the fence is the mechanics it uses for combat,movement and force list. It's Different with a capital D. I won't say anything more about it till I've had a good into and game from Chris U.
All in all I'll give it a try if Chris asks me.
