Little Bags of Love-goo

Finally have something to post - fruits of my somewhat haphazard labour.







Pics are a little washed out, but hey, the shambling horde has received its first recruits . . . .

I'm going for something a little different this time. Although I'll stay with the cooler colours for contrast (and on necrotic flesh), I'm leaning towards a warmer palette - lots of copper, brass, leather and wood, with some deep scarlet thrown in for drama. I've been watching the hellboy movies recently, and am lifting the palette from there - victorian pulp clockwork chique, if you get my drift.

In other news, I managed to lay hands on a couple of (cue angelic choir) Windsor and Newton Series 7 brushes. Once I stop rubbing myself against them, I'll get to painting. Next up is a couple of nightwretches.

All our questions and more are answered at the official game errata.

The maximum profile is down the page (next to the bullets). Also, we have been doing the income wrong. It is 1D6 + 2D6 for heroes. We can let it go, or come up with a number (for you and I especially Marc) and roll like12 d6 or something to add to the stash. I don't care which way we go.

So, we'll play some games at my house on Friday night. As mentioned by Mr. H, Saturday is Valentine's, and there is romancing to be done. I know Ken and Marc are up for gaming. I know it's short notice, but if the Chris-es....

OK, just got off the phone with Marc. We will play some combination of LOTOW and Warmachine. We may or may not break out the boardgames. We'll see how tired the old farts (i.e. me and Ken) are by midnight.

Oh... one more important thing. We'll start at 8:00 instead of 7:30.

It seems heavy gear is the next project for the Time masters bunch. Jet don't you have some stuff for that? I would love to read the full rule book before I buy in. I always liked the look of the minis and it seems kinda low model count.

I am selling of all of my BFG(Chaos), all my Epic(Space marines), and also my 40k Imperial Guard Tank Army(6 Tanks).

In my BFG(Chaos)I have: (1)Despoiler Battleship,(6)Chaos Cruisers(That are made into 2 Murder class cruisers,2 devastation class cruisers,(1)Styx class heavy Cruiser,(1)Slaughter class cruiser), and I also have (9)Idolator class raiders.These are all painted and none are broken.The cost of all the BFG adds up to $178 dollars and with
tax is $202.92, the total points of the army is 1980points and that is with no upgrades on the ships. Selling Price is 100 price negotiable.(Also have the sheets with all the information of the ships on them.

In my Epic space marine army I have: (3)OBJECTIVES,(6)SPACE MARINE DREADNOUGHTS,(2)SPACE MARINE DROP PODs,(5)SPACE MARINE LAND SPEEDERS, (4)SPACE MARINE PREDATORS, (4)SPACE MARINE HUNTERS , 2 groups of 4 SPACE MARINE TERMINATORS, (1)SPACE MARINE THUNDERHAWK GUNSHIP, ASTARTES BATTLE COMPANY(This set contains 24 stands of Tactical
Marines and 8 stands of Assault Marines, the perfect start to amassing a Space Marine Company). and also the assault marines, terminators have a chaplain, and there is a surpreme commander with a tatical squad.(The cost of all the Epic adds up to $197 dollars and with tax is $224, the total points of the army is somewhere around 3100 points. Selling Price is 120 price negotiable.(Also have the sheets with all the information and stats on everything in the army.

In my 40k Imperial Guard Tank Army I have (6)tanks there is one HQ, one eilite, 3 troops and one heavy. (5) off them are Imperial Guard Leman Russ Battle Tank and (1) is a Imperial Guard Demolisher.Sorry for not as much information on the tanks to much adding things up. so there is 6 tanks and price of tanks are 45 so that is 6 times 45 so 270 so say 120 for all of them.

Also if anyone wants to buy the BFG and the Epic i will give them all of it and the case that I have for it for $180. That will be $202 in BFG and $224 in epic and $50 for the case that cost me around $476 for 180 save $296.

OK so VVV 09 is this Saturday at the mt. peal soccer assoc. clubhouse. It opens at noon. Door is $5. Then just have fun.

I still can't post a comment at Geektactica, JET, but had to applaud the LotOW batrep - fantastic! Buildings and gangs both look great, and the commentary brings it home - well done.
